Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch time slots/sessions of a class?
You may request to switch time slots / sessions of a class prior to 48 hours before the class begins. Any changes after 48 hours cannot be accommodated.
I cannot make a class I signed up for- what is the refund policy?
You may cancel your class reservation up to 48 hours before the class begins. All cancellations within 48 hours of the class period will not be refunded.
What is your return policy?
All end-of-season sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We accept returns on yarn within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at hi@knit.club.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping method.

KNIT CLUB is not responsible for any lost return packages.

Items must be returned in original (not caked up) condition with the labels.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Exchanges – U.S. Only
We accept exchanges within the U.S. under the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact hi@knit.club to start an exchange
What is the International return policy?
We gladly accept returns on international orders; however, please note the following:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during the return process.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If your package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and any return-related fees we incur.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and items must be in original, unused condition.
Please contact us at hi@knit.club before returning any items so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
What methods of shipping do you use + how quickly will it ship?
We try our best to ship orders within 2 business days, but please allow 2–3 business days during busy periods. Thanks for your patience — we’re a small team!

Domestic Shipping: Shipped via UPS Ground (typically delivers within 3–7 business days from shipment).

International Shipping: Shipped via UPS Expedited.

Tracking info will be sent once your order ships — as long as you selected a trackable shipping option.

We recommend choosing UPS for more reliable tracking and delivery, though we understand the cost can be a factor and it's not always perfect.
Do you accept knitting / crocheting / mending for hire work?
No we do not but we would love to teach you how to do it yourself!
Can I book Knit Club for an event?
Yes! We would love to host a workshop for small groups under 12. For more information reach out to Vanessa at hi@knit.club
