Ring Carving 101

In this small, hands-on workshop, you’ll design and carve a ring in wax, then have it professionally cast in solid sterling silver after class.

The class is open to complete beginners and anyone feeling jewelry-curious. No prior experience required.

Over three relaxed, focused hours, you’ll learn the foundations of wax carving

Syllabus: 

• Tool and material overview
• Examples of wax and silver rings
• Templates, designs and styles
• Shaping and carving demo
• Finishing and wax polishing demo
• Work time

The cost of class includes the silver and professional casting of the rings.

There will be a finished ring pickup + show and tell on Saturday, March 28th at 11am.
